Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue should you encounter it while using MyAXA


This error most frequently occurs in MyAXA Android version 2.11 for Android 8.0 and up. 


This screen may appear if you have opened the MyAXA Android app from idle state (MyAXA app was previously opened and you switched to another app then returned to MyAXA app:



Resolution Method 1: 

  1. Select the "Close" link on the error message popup
  2. Go to User Profile
  3. Select "Log Out"
  4. Return to Log In screen
  5. Re-Log In with your credentials


Resolution Method 2:

  1. Select the "Close" link on the error message popup
  2. Open your phone's app switcher screen
  3. Close the MyAXA app
  4. Relaunch the MyAXA app
  5. Re-Log In with your credentials
