You may download your E-Policy via your MyAXA account on web or our Android / iOS apps.


Via Web (Desktop / Mobile):


  1.  Open to your browser and go to https://axa.com.ph/myaxa/login


  2.  Log in with your credentials
  3. Click on "My Policies"
  4. Select the policy you want to view
  5. In Policy Details screen / page, go to "Documents" section
  6. Select "View" button beside the e-Policy document*
    1. * Allow popups on your browser to prevent blocking of the e-Policy document viewer
  7. Click / Tap on the "Download" icon on the upper right section of the page / screen:


Via Android / iOS apps:


  1. Open your Android or iOS app
  2. Login with your credentials
  3. Go to "Documents" tab
  4. Select the Policy you want to view the e-Policy for
  5. Tap the Share icon beside the e-Policy document
  6. Select "Download" / Save to Phone option in your Android or iOS menu
