MyAXA Philippines Help Center

Please take note that updating your contact information (email, mobile number, address) in MyAXA will apply your new information to all of your enrolled policies. Changes will reflect within 24-48 hours of updating.

1. Login to your MyAXA account here.
   • 
2. Go to User Profile
   • 
3.  Go to the contact information (email, mobile number, address) you want to update and select "Update Now"
   • 
4. Tick the checkbox of the field you want to update and input your new contact information
   • 
     
5. Select Save to save your changes.
