Please take note that payment receipts take around 24-48 hours after payment date to reflect in your MyAXA account. If your receipts are taking longer than the aforementioned duration, please file a support ticket here.


  1. Login to your MyAXA Account here.
  2. Go to Policies
  3. Select the policy which receipts you want to view
  4. In the Policy details page / screen, go to the section "Payment Information" and look for the specific receipt under the section
  5. Select "View" to view the document
    1. Don't forget to enable popups on your browser to allow the document to be viewed
