Please take note that payment receipts take around 24-48 hours after payment date to reflect in your MyAXA account. If your receipts are taking longer than the aforementioned duration, please file a support ticket here.
- Login to your MyAXA Account here.
- Go to Policies
- Select the policy which receipts you want to view
- In the Policy details page / screen, go to the section "Payment Information" and look for the specific receipt under the section
- Select "View" to view the document
- Don't forget to enable popups on your browser to allow the document to be viewed
