Please take note that your Certificate of Insurance will be available if your Policy is already in MyAXA. If you are experiencing any issues with your Certificate of Insurance, please file a support ticket here.
- Login to your MyAXA Account here.
- Go to Policies
- Select the policy which receipts you want to view
- In the Policy details page / screen, go to the section "Download Documents" and look for the "Certificate of Insurance" under the section
- Select "View" to view the document
- Don't forget to enable popups on your browser to allow the document to be viewed
