Several features of MyAXA may require users to enable pop ups in your browser, such as viewing of e-Policy and other documents. The following are steps to view per browser.

These solutions work for MyAXA on your web browser only. You may log in on web here.
Google Chrome
Computer
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
- In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked .
- Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
- To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] Done.
Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
- At the bottom, tap Always show.
iOS / iPad
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app .
- Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
- At the bottom, under "Pop-ups blocked," tap Always show.
Safari (MacOS / iOS)

- Open Safari
- Click Safari → Preferences
- Select Websites at the top
- Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
- Customize your pop-up preferences
iOS
- Launch Settings.
- Tap Safari.
- Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.
