This guide is for existing policy holders of AXA products who want to sign up for a MyAXA account. When signing up, please use the same email address you used in your existing policy information. If you want to use a different email address for MyAXA, please sign up with the email address you used for your policy first then update your email address AFTER via your MyAXA account.
- Go to https://axa.com.ph/myaxa/login > Register an Account
- Input your email address* you want to use for MyAXA and the policy number of the policy you purchased
- *Ideally this should be the email address used when you purchased the policy from AXA
- *Ideally this should be the email address used when you purchased the policy from AXA
- Select the checkbox regarding the Terms and Conditions
- Select Next
- Verification Instructions will be displayed
- Check your email inbox for the Registration email sent
- This link will only be valid for 15 minutes
- If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your junk / spam folders
- Select the verification link in the Registration email to verify your email address
- You will be redirected to a new page where you may nominate your password
- Select Next
- If you are successful in nominating a password, you will be redirected to the login page with the notification displayed "Registration Complete".
- You may now login using your created credentials
