This guide is for existing policy holders of AXA products who want to sign up for a MyAXA account. When signing up, please use the same email address you used in your existing policy information. If you want to use a different email address for MyAXA, please sign up with the email address you used for your policy first then update your email address AFTER via your MyAXA account.


  1. Go to https://axa.com.ph/myaxa/login > Register an Account
  2. Input your email address* you want to use for MyAXA and the policy number of the policy you purchased
    1. *Ideally this should be the email address used when you purchased the policy from AXA

  3. Select the checkbox regarding the Terms and Conditions
  4. Select Next
  5. Verification Instructions will be displayed

  6. Check your email inbox for the Registration email sent
    1. This link will only be valid for 15 minutes
    2. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your junk / spam folders
  7. Select the verification link in the Registration email to verify your email address

  8. You will be redirected to a new page where you may nominate your password

  9. Select Next
  10. If you are successful in nominating a password, you will be redirected to the login page with the notification displayed "Registration Complete".
  11. You may now login using your created credentials
