This guide covers how to reset your password for your MyAXA account with the assumption that you know the correct email address for your MyAXA account. Please take note that ideally the email address you use for MyAXA should be the email address you provided when purchasing a policy product from AXA Philippines.

1. Go to https://axa.com.ph/myaxa/login
2. Click on "Forgot Password"

3. Input your email address

4. Email instructions should be displayed
   1. 
5. Access the verification email in your inbox
   1. If you did not get the email, you may check your junk / spam folders first.
6. Click on the email verification link
7. Assign a new password
