During registration for a MyAXA account here, you may encounter the following issue:


If you encountered this, this may be due to :

  1. Policy number is valid, but the email address you submitted was already registered for a MyAXA account
  2. Email address is valid, but the policy number you submitted was already registered to a different email address
  3. Both the email address and policy number you submitted was already registered


To resolve these issues, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Contact customer service  or your financial advisor to ask for the email address you used for your policy
  2. Register for MyAXA using the correct email address and policy number
  3. You may update your email address when you login to your MyAXA account after in User Profile
