During registration for a MyAXA account here, you may encounter the following issue:
If you encountered this, this may be due to :
- Policy number is valid, but the email address you submitted was already registered for a MyAXA account
- Email address is valid, but the policy number you submitted was already registered to a different email address
- Both the email address and policy number you submitted was already registered
To resolve these issues, you may follow the steps below:
- Contact customer service or your financial advisor to ask for the email address you used for your policy
- Register for MyAXA using the correct email address and policy number
- You may update your email address when you login to your MyAXA account after in User Profile
